About the role

To plan, procure, administer and deliver a high quality planned and cyclical maintenance service and through robust management of projects ensure best value is achieved. To ensure projects are delivered with a strong customer focus. Manage and report on budgets and KPI performance.
To contribute to effective and efficient asset management strategies for the housing stock, through undertaking property surveys and assisting in development of future programmes of work.
