About the role
- To plan, procure, administer and deliver a high quality planned and cyclical maintenance service and through robust management of projects ensure best value is achieved. To ensure projects are delivered with a strong customer focus. Manage and report on budgets and KPI performance.
- To contribute to effective and efficient asset management strategies for the housing stock, through undertaking property surveys and assisting in development of future programmes of work.
