Aviation recruitment experts Optime Group are on the lookout for an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant to drive the recruitment efforts for Gatwick Airport.

Previous recruitment experience is ideal but is not essential. With the right approach we can provide the rest

What's on offer:

Hours: 08:30am17:00pm

Days: Monday

Friday (Office based)

Probation Period: 6 months

Salary: £28,000 per annum + commission
28 days holiday entitlement

Key duties:

Utilize and update inhouse CRM system in line with company process.
Offering remote support and guidance to your placed workers in the airport operation (such as pay / holiday / roster queries).
Be a curious thinker

Deliver vs Target via your recruitment dashboard. Find high quality staff that represent you, maximising inductions and minimising your attrition.

Previous recruitment and/or sales experience preferred but not essential.
