Helix Well Ops (UK) Ltd has an opportunity for a Safety Case Coordinator to join our Marine Team based at Helix House, Dyce, Aberdeen.

This is a maternity cover position, primarily based onshore in Aberdeen, UK.

Reporting to the Marine Manager, this position provides support & coordination of safety case and regulatory verification activities for Company assets focusing on areas such as operational support, coordination, scheduling, and auditing of safety case and verification activities.

Responsibilities Include:

Assistance in development, implementation, improvement and review of asset Safety Cases and Safety & Environmental Critical Element (SECE) Written Schemes of Examination and Performance Standards.
Scheduling and Coordination of asset SECE verification activities.
Review and coordination of Remedial Action Recommendations (RAR's).
Participation in Safety Case reviews and workshops.
Coordination of asset Statutory and Regulatory certification and vessel assurance activities.
Compliance monitoring and auditing of vessel operations and Company management system practices.
Involvement in internal and external auditing programs.
Follow up and close out of actions from internal and external audit programs.
Reporting of vessel safety performance.

Experience Required:

Demonstrable experience with UK Safety Case Regulatory regime, ISM/Flag State compliance and Written Schemes and Verification activities.
Experience with the Regulatory regime of additional countries is preferred.
