Job Description:

We are seeking a visionary Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives from our London office. This role is pivotal in implementing cutting-edge marketing strategies & enhancing our brand presence both in the UK and globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Marketing Development: Craft and execute comprehensive marketing strategies using AI & automated tools to optimize campaign performance.
• Social Media Mastery: Manage and elevate our presence on platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, & Instagram. Create engaging content including vlogs and AI-generated posts to captivate a younger audience.
• Content Creation: Produce a compelling content that aligns with our brand's voice, including podcasts, videos, and social media shorts. Leverage tools like MidJourney, ChatGPT, & other tech for innovative content ideas.
• PR & Campaign Management: Develop and manage PR strategies and marketing campaigns to effectively communicate our unique offerings and generate high-quality enquiries.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaigns, using data to drive decisions and enhance future marketing efforts.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in marketing management, particularly in the real estate sector, with a deep understanding of the UK market.
• Proficient in AI technologies and modern digital marketing tools, including SEO, SEM, and CRM systems.
• Exceptional creative and analytical abilities to devise innovative strategies and analyze complex data.
• Strong experience in Marketing, Communications, or related field; further certification in digital marketing or AI applications is highly regarded.
