    After closingout our Series A fundraising round, we are excited to continue our global expansion into the UK.We have already hit the ground running in the UK, partnering with global automotive data firm,JATO, and uncovered a huge commercial appetite for our product in an under-served market.

    The opportunityWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team,to focus on selling and building relationships with used cars dealers and suppliers in the UK.This is a unique opportunity to be one of the first on the ground as we expand AutoGrab into theUK, drive significant revenue, shape and grow with a dynamic and innovative team and toimpact the automotive data services industry in the UK.What you'll be doing
    • Prospect, convert and maximize sales through new business customers.
    • Your main objective is the achievement of agreed and achievable annual business sales revenue and proactively opening new accounts.
    • With an exciting pipeline of new products, it is vital that you build key relationships within the customer and prospect base. Multiple contact points will help support a smoother service delivery for each customer and are actively encouraged.
    • Working on your own initiative and with industry participants, you will need to identify new business opportunities. Our solution set is highly relevant to vehicle retailers, used vehicle operations, finance houses, leasing and fleet management companies, re-marketing organisations and anyone with an interest in the automotive market so maintaining strong and close relationships and cultivating collaboration is really important
    • You will analyse sales data to track trends in customers profile and usage and seek to match our products and services to improve customer efficiency and revenue.
    • Provide regular feedback, market insight and competitor information to the UK team.
    • You will need to "live" in our CRM system and ensure that it is used to capture all existing customer activity and accurately record the status of all prospects. Skills and Experience
    • New Business Sales experience within the automotive sector that could be from fleet, dealer, OEM or allied areas.
    • You must been engaging and resilient and have the ability to take responsibility for your own performance and your desire to be successful.
    • You will have a resourceful and tenacious approach to building your pipeline, you have a well developed toolkit of lead generation approaches and the discipline to execute them.
    • The successful candidate must have a proven track record and have the ability to make face to face visits to potential prospects. In addition, you must also be able to demonstrate the ability to win new business and 'close the sale'. These qualities are a prerequisite of this role.
    • The ability to efficiently plan and manage your region.
    • The ability to work in a fast paced, competitive environment.
    • Excellent verbal, written, presentation & communication skills at all levels of the business.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to challenge the status quo, and research and offer suggestions for improving efficiency or customer experience.
    • IT literate, with an emphasis on using technology to be effective and productive.
    • Full UKDriving licence.
    • Ability to work in UK. Nice to have
    • 5+ years relevant experience.
    • Getting a buzz from working for a disruptor and creating a new business.
