**Data Centre Migration Manager
Up to £700 per day**
Remote working/ London

6-month contract with a view to extend

Outside IR35
My client, a global IT consultancy is looking for a Data Centre Migration Manager for a multi-year programme.

My client is transitioning 200+ staff from one organisation to the other, transforming the Service and System Management tools for a global client.

This role supports the executive function of the programme covering the entire contract across transition, transformation and growth.

Duties:

Maintain single source of the truth (Golden Source) for customer discovery inventory.
Document customer migration artefacts, either discovery, assessment, planning and migration execution.
Liaise with Sales Director to assist where required for customer migrations.
Liaise and manage the Customer Migration Factory process (3rd party, customer and internal resources).
Lay down detailed L5 plans to task level contributing to the master plan as required and create roadmaps to enable transition to future mode of operations (FMO).
Liaise with workstream leads for Target FMO readiness in line with customer migration plans.
RAID management for Customer Migration workstream.
Execution of customer migrations based on plan.

Experience:

Delivery focussed. Ideally a PM/ Migration Manager with elements of PM experience.
Solid stakeholder experience, both internal and particularly external.
Someone that is resilient and robust.
Led datacentre migrations, and understands the complexity of it.
