Creative Manager
An amazing new opportunity for a passionate and talented Creative Manager to join exciting, start-up women's fashion brand, during an exciting time of growth and expansion.
The Creative Manager will report into the Buying & Creative Director and be involved in establishing the brand identity, aesthetic, values and purpose; owning the creative direction of all visual and written content.
The Creative Manager will be an ambitious, team player who is passionate about women's fashion and has experience driving creative within a fashion retailer.
Key responsibilities:
- Help define and create a strong brand identity that appeals to their target audience
- Establish brand values and vision and ensure this is translates across all visual and written content
- Manages and populates the creative and marketing calendar
- Develop creative briefs and manage photo shoots and content writing, to establish a distinctive brand 'look' for imagery and 'tone of voice' for associated copy
- Owns the brand content for several product launches, influencer events and popups
- Ensure all artwork and copy is ready and approved on time
- Keeps up to date with young women's fashion, content and communications and relays this knowledge to the wider team
Key skills required:
- Proven experience in creative content, with a focus on visual assets
- Competency using Illustrator and other relevant content creation tools
- High level of creativity and innovation
- Excellent organisational skills, strong ability to multitask and manage deadlines
- Proactive, flexible and positive approach to work
