Responsibilities:

1. Represent clients in property and construction insurance litigation matters, specifically focusing on recoveries arising from property/construction related losses.
2. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court filings.
3. Provide strategic advice and guidance to clients on insurance matters related to property and construction.

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 12 months' experience in property and construction insurance litigation.
• Thorough understanding of insurance law, particularly as it pertains to property and construction-related losses.
• Proven track record of successfully handling complex litigation matters.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
