- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court filings.
- Provide strategic advice and guidance to clients on insurance matters related to property and construction.
- Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 12 months' experience in property and construction insurance litigation.
- Thorough understanding of insurance law, particularly as it pertains to property and construction-related losses.
- Proven track record of successfully handling complex litigation matters.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
