Duration:
This is a temporary position between 24 June - 6 September 2024. The normal working week is 35 hours between Monday to Friday.

During the event period (late July and August) hours will be arranged between including Saturdays and you may be asked to work additional (paid) hours.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Be a welcoming face to all those who visit our offices and contribute to positive first impressions of the business.
Welcome and manage all visitors to the main office building, including sign in procedures, health and safety instructions and issuing building access cards.
Maintain the appearance of reception and common areas throughout the building.
Answer incoming telephone calls/queries and forward calls as appropriate.
Manage visitors until handover to their point of contact.
Assist the coordination of incoming/outgoing post and deliveries.
Assist with the management of office stationery and basic office catering supplies as required.
Coordinate the staff tuck shop, delivery of meals and staff wellbeing sessions during event periods.
Provide administrative support to the Business Support team including desk research.

Event Related Duties

Handle enquiries and represent the company positively in interaction with performer groups, seasonal staff, event contractors and partner organisations.
Record and facilitate the return of event lost property.

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 2.5 months

Pay:
£12.00 per hour

Expected hours:
No less than 35 per week
