    What You'll Do

    Principal Asset Management is seeking an AssociateRFP Writer to join their London office on a permanent basis. This role offers an opportunity to join a global asset manager with the successful candidate joining a global RFP team, gaining exposure to multiple asset classes in a fast-paced environment.

    Here are a few examples of the kinds of things you'll do:

    • Coordinate, prepare, and gather information needed to complete Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) documents.
    • Interpret and analyse qualitative and quantitative information extracted from various tools (Responsive, Excel and Consultant Databases) for use in responding to questionnaires.
    • Liaise with RFP content managers and other subject matter experts (SMEs) around the organisation to ensure accuracy of responses. This includes implementing suggestions provided by SMEs and content managers after quality reviews while ensuring responses are submitted on a timely basis.
    • Organize and efficiently manage workload including communicating with sales and broader distribution team members with regard to the progress on projects.
    • Perform other business-related duties or special projects as required.

    Who You Are

    • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
    • Preferably 2-3 years' experience working in or alongside an RFP function covering Fixed Income and/or Real Estate investments.
    • A knowledge of RFP content databases and consultant databases would be desirable.
    • Great communication and interpersonal skills and ability to manage several projects at a time.
    • A holder of the IMC or has a willingness to work towards the qualification.
    • Previous exposure to Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) considerations would be advantageous.

    Location

    Based in our London office. This role offers hybrid working, with three days a week in the office.
