Job Introduction:

The Social Media Executive is a commercial role within the Bauer Create Digital team.

The successful Social Media Executive will be responsible for the delivery of client social media campaigns both on Bauer brands and on client branded social channels.

This is a Hybrid position connected to our office in Bristol. We would consider applicants from Fareham and Guildford too.

Role Responsibility:

You will be creating and managing both organic and paid social media campaigns, helping put together standout sales presentations and using analytics to report across social channels.

All while working inside our busy and growing digital team.

While agency experience is not essential you would be expected to manage your own time, diary and liaise directly with clients along with other internal stakeholders.

We're looking for an individual with proven ability in creating graphical, video and written content for both organic and paid social media campaigns that get results.

Working within the regional digital team this role will drive social media revenue by identifying the opportunity, creating the sales pitch, pitching and delivery of the marketing services.

Extensive knowledge of Social Media platforms, strategies and best practice
Experience in copywriting
Experience in content creation (photography and videography desirable)
An excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite long with content curation and attribution
A proven track record of delivering organic social campaigns for clients
Track record of organic and paid success with Facebook and Instagram. Google, TikTok, Twitter and LinkedIn desirable but not essential.
Strong communication skills
Experience in reading Google Analytics and Facebook Insights, and the subsequent analysing, reporting of KPIs and evolution of campaigns based on results
Excellent organisational skills and ability to work to very tight deadlines
Desire to expand knowledge and experience by constantly learning and being on the pulse of social media marketing
