Whilst energy industry experience isn't a must, customer care experience is essential - as is being a team player and having the right attitude

Customer Care and Communications Specialist

What we need from you
To plan and execute customer campaigns via social media platforms

Contacting customers throughout the year to ensure we are meeting their requirements

Proactively informing customers with all relevant news and being available to answer any queries

Dealing with customer issues and being able to resolve any issues quickly and efficiently

Networking with current customers to build stronger relationships

Being the main point of contact for customers

Creating and Assisting with Marketing duties

Assisting with internal and external communication


What we're looking for:

Positive and caring attitude

Excellent relationship builder

Self-motivated

Ability to resolve issues promptly and efficiently

Customer care experience - essential

Social Media Experience

Initiative

Exceptional grammar


What we offer in return:

A very competitive salary based on experience

Full-time, 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday - but can be flexible and fit around childcare


We will teach you everything you need to know about the industry and you will also receive regular training sessions to keep you up to speed.

£20,700.00-£23,000.00 per year
