Salary:
£24,000 - £25,000 per annum

We are a dynamic and forward-thinking company seeking an experienced, tech-savvy, and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our marketing team.

As a Social Media Coordinator, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing our Social Media strategy to increase our online presence, enhance marketing efforts, and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Ensure regular, highquality, and creative content output on our social media channels.
  • Handle community management by managing queries, engaging with audiences, and responding to messages.
  • Schedule and deliver messages through an uptodate content calendar.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support key messages and marketing campaigns.
  • Work with crossfunctional teams to produce daily content for social media.
  • Analyze and report on content performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and make datadriven recommendations.
  • Craft compelling written posts with excellent grammar and spelling to captivate our audience.
  • Create exciting and fun content that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in social media, including platform changes and new features.
  • Build a strong network by engaging with industry professionals and businesses via social media.

Job Requirements:


  • 12 years of experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role.
  • Social Media Strategist with a proven track record in brand awareness and impressions.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices.
  • Familiarity with SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Experience conducting audience and buyer persona research.
  • Understanding of social media KPIs.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing.
  • Strong multitasking abilities.
  • Critical thinker with problemsolving skills.
  • Team player with excellent timemanagement skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Media and Communications, or a relevant field.
