Description

The post holder will assist with completing robust clinical administration practice, following Trust and allergy service protocols and procedures, including: paper light procedures and electronic patient records (including document management and GP letters); database maintenance; management of client/professional correspondence and reports.

The ability to manage and prioritise workload in line with overall duties will be essential.


Well-developed written and verbal communication skills are vital, as the post-holder will be the first point of contact for patients, families, and other professionals/agencies.

The ability to establish good working relationships within a large multi-disciplinary team, across the organisation and with external partners is key.
