Customer Acquisition Manager - North West England - Up to £47k + Amazing Benefits

Mackenzie Jones are delighted to have partnered exclusively with one of the UK's most popular non-fashion retail brands, they're a market leader in their category and have millions of loyal repeat customers.

The business is looking to kick on now and enter a new phase of accelerated Digital Transformation.

They're investing more in Marketing now and are therefore looking to hire a new Customer Acquisition Manager to own the Customer Acquisition Marketing strategyfor the business.

They're looking to hire an individual who is driven, ambitious and enthusiastic.

As the Customer Acquisition Manager you will:
Manage the Customer Acquisition strategy across all Digital AND non-Digital channels.


Key skills required:


  • Strong Customer Acquisition marketing experience for B2C brands (ideally Retail, Hospitality or Leisure).
  • Proven Digital Marketing experience across a variety of channels
  • Paid Search, Programmatic, Affiliates, Paid Social & Organic Search.
  • Strong agency management experience is absolutely critical for this role.
  • People management experience is also required (this role has 2 direct reports).
  • An ability and willingness to focus primarily on Digital but also focus on nonDigital channels from time to time.

Salary - Up to £47k

Location - The role is based in NW England but with flexible working available tailored to suit your routine.

Career progression - There is a clearly mapped out career progression pathway. The business is looking to hire someone who has the potential to become a Head of/Director in the future.
