    Alma Court Care H ome in Cannock is looking for an experienced leader like you, drawing on your expertise in managing all aspects of the home, ensuring it runs as efficiently as possible whilst maintaining the highest standards of quality, professional standards and business performance targets.

    You will monitor the wellbeing of each resident, ensuring all staff are supported and always promoting independence and well-being by ensuring that residents' personal, psychological, and social care needs are met.

    It is essential for this position that you hold a current NMC pin.

    About You To join us a Care Home Manager, it is essential that you have 4 years' experience in the care home sector with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a management position.

    You will have sound knowledge of the Care Standards Act 2000, Key Lines of Enquiry, Safeguarding and the MCA.

    You will have the super-human characteristics of being efficient whilst always putting people first, showing kindness and still have energy to love life and make it meaningful for yourself and those in your care.

    Most importantly, you'll feel proud to work in the care sector.
