This is a new position at GVA Lighting, which represents the companies' push to expand and maintain the current growth in sales in the UK.

As an experienced Sales Manager you will join GVA Lighting and be expected to create, present, and deliver the company's sales strategy, turnover and profit targets.

You will be based both in the office, at home and on the road seeing clients both in the UK and possibly Overseas.

Responsible for the development and implementation of the sales strategy of the business.

• Meeting the yearly sales budget.
• Experience at Sales Manager level.
• Proven track record of achieving sales growth.
• Experience of selling products overseas, related to export regulations and standards.
• High commercial acumen, with the ability to negotiate and agree terms at all levels.
• Ability to self-manage - Emotional intelligence.
• Creative, innovative and solution orientated mindset.
