This is an exciting opportunity for someone to contribute to the success of the Directorate Operations Team, which sits in the directorate of Business Enterprise, Skills, and Employability.
You will be an excellent team player with experience of handling a variety of administrative queries and working with a diverse range of customers, for which you will have excellent communication skills.
The role will also support a variety of directorate processes, such as health and safety, information governance and will provide operational support to directorate meetings and events.
We aim to support the role holder to become a highly experienced administrator across a diverse area of work, this is a fast paced and busy team, supporting a large directorate and the administrative function of this role will provide support and guidance to a variety of stakeholders.
