Manage the day-to-day activities of the team of Hardware and PCB Engineers whilst managing a range of design projects
Develop operational plans and budgets, ensuring the quality system is maintained and customers are satisfied
Conduct performance reviews and set goals and objectives
Manage customer expectations throughout the project management process,
Key skills / experience required for the Electronics Engineering Manager job:
A Degree in Electronics or a related discipline is preferred
Proven experience of the design and development of electronic products
Experience managing electronic development projects from requirements capture through to production
