URGENTLY REQUIRED - We are recruiting for an Senior Accounts clerk to join a cargo handler based at Heathrow
Duties will include:
- Covering all aspects of accounts
- Overseeing purchase and sales ledger
- Motivating 4 accounts assistants
- Reporting to the finance manager
- Processing weekly payments
- Overseeing and processing invoices
- Processing staff expenses
- Bank reconciliations
- Trial balance and nominal activity
- Cashflow forecasting and management
- Handling any queries
Experience needed:
- Previous experience within all aspects of accounts
- ACCA / AAT qualified
- Experience within cargo / freight forwarding
- Good knowledge Microsoft Excel
- You should be self motivated
- Attention to detail
Working hours:
- Monday
- Friday
