    Job Title: Luxury Sales Executive - UK South

    Salary: £42,000 - £48,000 per annum

    Location: London, United Kingdom

    Benefits: 15% bonus based on performance and travel allowance

    Smyth & Co are excited to be seeking a highly motivated and experienced Proactive Sales Executive to step into a Manager role and join our client's team, focusing on the luxury 5 star hotel segment within the UK South Region.

    The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record in proactive sales, particularly within the 5 star hotel industry, and have a deep understanding of luxury consortias and travel agencies. We are looking for someone who is passionate about sales, eager to exceed targets, and willing to travel extensively, primarily in the UK, European, and US markets, with potential explorations in other regions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the high end segment across our client's luxury 5 star hotel
    • Collaborate with the Associate Director of Sales and Director of Sales to define and execute the Action Plan for the luxury segment, ensuring alignment with the hotels' objectives
    • Manage existing high end accounts and cultivate new relationships with local luxury accounts
    • Provide input from the destination to contribute to the company's Luxury Sales Strategy
    • Monitor hotel objectives within the London area and adapt the Luxury strategy accordingly
    • Supervise the correct preparation and implementation of sales site inspections for various segments in the sales area

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in proactive sales within the luxury 5 star hotel service and hospitality industry, with a focus on the Luxury Sales segment
    • Strong strategic planning skills, with the ability to anticipate future trends and develop effective strategies
    • In depth knowledge of corporate, conference, and leisure market segments
    • Commercial acumen and ability to make informed, strategic decisions
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Ability to work well under pressure, with minimal supervision, while maintaining high standards and attention to detail
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with Opera software is desirable
    • Proven track record of delivering exceptional sales results
