- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on German cars, including but not limited to Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, and Volkswagen.
- Conduct thorough diagnostic tests to identify issues and provide accurate recommendations for repairs.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and industry standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills, particularly with German cars.
- Previous experience working as a mechanic/technician with German cars is essential.
- Ability to work Saturdays as required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of being a reliable team player.
- Must be able to provide references from previous employment.
