The Opportunity:

Salary:
£50,000 - £55,000 + Bonus

Location:
Edinburgh (Hybrid)

A fantastic opportunity to lead on communications delivery for a key account

You'll be:

Developing an annual communications and engagement plan and calendar which supports objectives and improves colleague retention for the account.
Delivering all elements of the communication and engagement plan
Working closely with the Account Lead and wider leadership team with the delivery of their communications activity and designing of the communications strategy
Delivering communications on change activity when required
Driving participation and engagement with communications and engagement activities
Ensuring the look and feel of communication channels are consistent with the company wide approach with an engaging tone of voice
Experience in an internal communications of employee engagement role. Ideally a corporate environment with a large audience.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong copywriting skills
Ability to develop relationships at all levels
Ideally, experience designing and delivering internal communications to multiple sites.
Good project management skills
Strong influencing skills
Ideally (nonessential) have experience working in a regulated environment e.g. financial services
