    Role and Responsibilities

    We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company's senior-level managers. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalised and timely support to executive members.

    The main responsibilities are as follows:

    • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners.
    • Manage executives' calendars and set up meetings.
    • Managing personal correspondences.
    • Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
    • Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports.
    • Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory.
    • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports.
    • Take minutes during meetings.
    • Ad-Hoc administrative tasks as and when required.
    • Assisting with a variety of special projects as directed.
    • To assist the delivery team with positioning Live Group on events where needed.

    About you

    • An experienced executive assistant .
    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively.
    • Proficient in using al MS office products ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
    • Attention to detail with good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
    • Professional demeanour with the ability to interest effectively with executives, clients, and colleagues.
    • Be aligned with Live Group values.
    • Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to take initiative.
    • Communicate and collaborate well with colleagues and clients.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills including person, telephone, and email, confident and professional when interacting with clients.
