    *Do you have an excellent knowledge of clinical skills? Are you passionate about teaching and learning? Ocean Complex Care are looking for an exceptional Nurse to deliver and develop outstanding clinical education, as well as directly supporting clinical needs for our service users.


    In the Educator part of your role, you will be working in a brand-new dedicated training centre teaching healthcare assistants to safely care for our complex service users.

    The ideal candidate will have experience working with medicines, epilepsy, PEG feeding, catheters, oxygen, tracheostomy and ventilation, though some training can be provided for the right candidate.

    You will be supported by a team of expert nurses to develop your skills as an educator; including developing in-person learning and e-learning content.

    *This is a permanent full time position in Newton Abbot**Salary £45,000 per annum**Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm*As a member of our clinical team, you will help support the care planning, competency sign off and compliance for those with complex needs living in the community. You will help to develop and support unregistered staff and will be a role model for excellence in holistic care.

    We are looking for a proactive critical thinker who is able to navigate a complex healthcare environment. The ideal person will be comfortable making autonomous decisions as well as supporting and working within a team.


    Using the 'Live Happy, Care Well' approach to care, our vision is to promote the best quality care, supporting service users to meet their individualised goals.

    The role may also include supporting adults, young people and families with their complex physical/learning disability/mental health needs and helping to develop the skills of their team of HCAs in service user homes.

    We are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years experience and a current driver's licence.
