Bennett and Game are currently representing a well-established grounds maintenance company, who are actively seeking an ambitious Senior Ecologist to join their ever-growing team .

The successful Senior Ecologist will work closely alongside the head of Ecology, assisting Habitat Classification surveys and supporting junior members of staff.

Senior Ecologist Position Overview
Undertaking UK Habitat Classification Surveys, (licenced) protected species surveys
Building tenders and creating complex quotations at speed
Managing medium to large sized projects with ability to track financial progress
Line management of junior ecologists
Senior Ecologist Position Requirements
Relevant bachelor's degree
Hold a full UK driving license
Extensive knowledge of UK wildlife legislation and the understanding of how to apply them correctly
Chartered Institute of Ecology & Environmental Management (ideally Associate), is preferredSenior Ecologist Position Remuneration
Competitive salary, ranging between £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
