TPP are looking for a Data Administrator to join our client, an award-winning social enterprise, in London.

The Role:


As the Data Administrator, you will be responsible for a range of tasks aimed at ensuring the smooth operation of the client's programmes and events.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Building: Establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with team members, providing timely and helpful support via various communication channels.
  • Administrative Management: Taking charge of the administrative process for each activity, from inception to completion, including updating databases with project and beneficiary information, and progress reporting.
  • Collaboration: Actively participating in team meetings and offering updates as well as liaising with different departments to provide crucial updates throughout the activity lifecycle.
  • Data Management: Managing and maintaining our onboarding, progression, and offboarding data.
  • Beneficiary Services: Preparing, issuing, and monitoring beneficiary administration services.
  • Process Improvement: Developing preapproved activity processes.
  • Event Support: Supporting the facilitation of events.
  • Effective Communication: Coordinating crossHUB communications.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience as a Data Administrator.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Google Suite.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
