    Job Description An exciting opportunity has arisen within the JMC Aviation, the world's leading Aviation recruitment business.

    Based in Exeter, we are now seeking an experienced Commercial Recruitment Director to oversee our commercial operations and drive business growth.

    The Commercial Director will lead a team of professionals, develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.


    Strategy Development and Implementation:
    Develop and execute the commercial strategy in alignment with the company's overall objectives
    Drive business growth through new client acquisition and expansion of existing account

    Sales and Business Development:
    Lead the sales team in achieving revenue targets and growth objectives
    Identify potential clients and develop effective sales strategies to secure new business
    Proactively address client concerns and manage escalations to maintain positive long-term relationships

    Recruit, develop, and motivate a high-performing commercial team
    Set performance targets, conduct regular performance reviews, and implement training programs to enhance skills


    Financial Management:
    Develop and manage the commercial budget, ensuring financial targets are met
    Monitor revenue streams, analyse financial data, and identify areas for improvement
    Implement effective pricing strategies and manage contract negotiations to maximise profitability

    Ensure staff are motivated to deliver high performance, manage budgets and achieve social media targets
    Ensure Website is current and dynamic and reflects the company product lines

    Develop process for negotiation and management of contracts to ensure favourable terms and ongoing contract reviews


    CRM:
    Set exacting standards for CRM compliance. Be a champion of CRM and ensure that there are exacting standards of user participation
    Spearhead the continuing development of CRM to drive client acquisition and retention

    Identify and manage risks within the Commercial function of the business
    Experienced line manager who possesses good leadership qualities
