    Do you have experience working with children who have SEN or any transferable skills, such as; care/ support worker setting, ambulance, police force, military, residential care, sports coach etc?


    One of our schools are looking for several LSA's (Learning Support Assistant) to help support at their SEN school based in the North of Cambridge.

    This school are needing extra staff to help support the children either in a 1:1 setting or small groups.

    EXPERIENCE WITHIN A SCHOOL IS NOT NECESSARY AS LONG AS YOU HAVE THE PASSION AND COMMITMENT TO WORK WITH CHILDREN

    Provide one-on-one and group support to students with SEN.
    Assist with classroom activities and help implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
    Collaborate with teachers and therapists to support student development.
    Full time option - temp to perm style
    Have previous experience working with SEN children (not essential)
    Hold a valid DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply for one)
    Have the passion and drive to work with children - MUST
