The children at Angel Road Infant and Junior Schools require passionate, highly-motivated adults to help unlock their amazing potential.

The role will require the ability to be able to provide learning support for children with a wide variety of needs and deliver interventions to individuals and small groups.

- have a level 3 teaching assistant qualification

  • Has EYFS experience
- have secure knowledge, understanding and experience of delivering either Key Stage One and EYFS curriculum so are able to provide PPA cover for classes.
- have experience in improving outcomes for children in Reading, Writing and Maths
- can demonstrate skills in delivering targeted interventions or working with SEND children who have adapted curriculums
- can demonstrate strong positive behaviour management strategies
- always put the interest of the children first and want them to achieve to the very best of their ability
- have a genuine passion about the power of education to improve lives
- can communicate well with children, parents and colleagues
- are team-players
- have a good sense of humour.
