This very busy Nursery in Staines, on great transport links, are looking for a passionate Nursery Manager or very experienced Nursery Deputy Manager looking for their first opportunity to manage a setting, to join the team and support the day to day running of the Nursery, working with the Directors in providing outstanding Early Years practice.

Based on a 40 hr working week, salary is c£40k plus, depending on experience, plus performance related bonuses, and with nearby parking too.

Requirements

Ideally you will have

Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare
Have at least 3 years' previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Have at least 2 years' experience of leading and supporting teams
Can inspire, energise and support others
Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
