The Lovehoney Marketplace Team is a fast paced team that is pivotal part of the Lovehoney brand growth.

The Marketplace Assistant role is an important part of the Marketplace Team and will help with the day to day execution of the Lovehoney marketplaces including Amazon UK, US, EU & eBay.

The Marketplace Team is constantly optimising new and existing products. This is happening globally and over the next 5 years.

Please note, you will need to be based in our central Bath office at least 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Gathering data to upload and list products on various marketplaces
Optimising and maintaining marketplace product listings.
Liaising between internal teams such as Marketing and Merchandising to help align projects and launches
Maintaining marketplace stores including adding ASINS to Amazon & eBay storefronts.
Writing and editing copy for Amazon and eBay listings, including adding relevant SEO content
Implementing marketplace product detail page copy and Amazon A+ Content.
General administration tasks involved in marketplace operations.
Working closely with the wider marketplace team to promote growth across their channels
Monitor traffic and CVR across product listings to identify opportunities to grow

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

- eBay and Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central Experience (Desirable)

Analytical with Excel/spreadsheet knowledge
Copywriting experience would be desirable
Extremely adaptable and used to working in a fast paced environment
Proven organisational skills including ability to work within tight deadlines maintaining excellent attention to detail
Strong problem solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
