    We're seeking a full-time HR generalist who thrives in a commercial environment, makes decisive moves and excels as a supportive communicator.

    As the main contact for HR queries, the HR Advisor in this role will provide invaluable support to managers and the wider workforce of c400 employees.

    Serve as the primary point of contact for HR policy and procedure inquiries.
    HR administration for all sites, from employment contracts to personnel records maintenance.
    Manage the Company's HR inbox and process new starter paperwork.
    Ensure GDPR compliance and administer driving licence checks.
    Oversee sickness administration and monitor maternity and paternity leave.
    Monitor probation and appraisal processes while ensuring legal compliance with employment law.
    Build strong relationships across the organisation and contribute to HR practice improvements.
    CIPD qualification Level 3 or above (desirable).
    Minimum 2 years' experience in HR generalist role.
    Knowledge of current HR regulations and best practices.
    PC literate with proficiency in Microsoft programs.
