Providing valuable input to the team, the role of the Service Manager, requires a professional and experienced individual to join the team and instantly make an impact.

Due to the continuous success of the organisation, we are looking for 2 experienced Service Managers to join the teamJob Responsibilities:

Providing service management support and expertise to colleagues at all timesEnsure that services are safe, effective, person centred and of the highest qualityMaintaining quality and compliance of the service to CQC standardsLead the performance, supervise, coach and mentor your teamsDeliver high standards of customer service and ensure that regulatory requirements are metIdentify and implement process improvement initiatives, promoting the service of the businessSkills and Requirements:Previous experience in a supervisory or management position, within a healthcare environmentExperience of managing teams, setting standards and motivating colleaguesCare Diploma, level 3 or aboveSound knowledge of 'person centred' careExperience in risk assessments and support planningEnthusiasm and creativity with regards to service development;Good IT skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFull UK driving licence and own carAchieved, or willingness to work towards Leadership and Management Diploma Level 5Benefits:Salary circa £29.
