LOCATION:
Chadderton, Greater Manchester

DAYS/


HOURS:
Monday - Friday / with 16.00 finish on Friday


SALARY:
£28,000 per annum


OTHER:
33 days holiday inc stats / immediate start available / permanent position

  • Goods inwards controller responsible for receiving deliveries, inspection check and signing POD's
  • Assisting with loading/unloading deliveries from suppliers and our own drivers
  • Using FLT, overhead crane and other lifting aids on a daily basis
  • Managing our material stores ensuring materials are labelled correctly, assigned to stock where relevant, allocated to a job if required and stored correctly
  • Manage stock takes updating internal systems for reporting
  • Monitor stock materials and complete requisition forms
  • Preparing materials for jobs as instructed, cutting materials using the saw and issuing to engineers

REQUIREMENTS:

An experienced stores co-ordinator looking for a new challenge with additional responsibilities.

The successful applicant will also have:

  • Full clean driving licence (no disqualifications / never been refused insurance)
  • FLT counterbalance licence
  • Experience operating lifting equipment
