You will be responsible, but not limited to the following responsibilities:

You will develop and execute plans to ensure a smooth transition of acquired businesses
Manage and execute the migration of the newly acquired businesses to ClearCourse Finance systems, processes, governance, and policies
Ensure close processes are performed accurately and efficiently from day 1 and through onboarding migration period and successfully through operational handover and acceptance into SSC teams
Responsible for overseeing reconciliation of the acquired businesses balance sheet control accounts during onboarding migration period
Manage and provide leadership to onboarding project team
Address historical data quality issues in key financial statements (within acquired businesses) prior to onboarding completion
Ensuring that benefits from Finance consolidation activities are realized
Lead Finance projects by developing project plans and schedules, balance resources and track the completion of milestones
Align projects with other company initiatives and manage crossproject dependencies
Agenda planning, document creation and provide training where required
Accountable for ensuring projects are compliant with regulatory requirements and company policies

What skills/experience/qualifications will you need to possess for this role?

ACCA/CIMA/ACA/FCA/FCCA qualified
Experience of working within portfolio businesses
Experience of leading change projects
Prince2 would be highly advantageous
Highly articulate with great written and spoken English
Strong leadership skill
Strong knowledge of Netsuite
Experience in presenting information to senior leaders
Strategic thinker who can influence management thinking and enforce change
