    Salary: £100, ,000 + Bonus + Pension + Benefits

    Location: Hybrid - 2 days West Midlands

    Reporting to: CIO

    Mandate:

    Play a key role in aligning vision, road-map and deliverables to innovative technology solution whilst maintaining blueprint best practice architecture frameworks

    Expectations:

    • Establishing effective enterprise architecture governance processes and influencing with stakeholder groups
    • Take lead on aligning technology solutions and enterprise architecture vision and processes
    • Engage with stakeholders to identify opportunities for future technology enabled solutions
    • Facilitate change and oversee smooth transition and adoption of architectural transformation initiatives
    • Develop and implement tools, processes and infrastructure to support innovation
    • Contribute to continuous improvement and industry best practices
    • Drive specialist knowledge of governance processes reviews and developments
    • Designing implementation of scalable enterprise systems and applications
    • Leading a small team of technical and security architects and actively collaborating with Head of Cyber Security, Head of Service Delivery, Head of Business Partnering, Head of Data & An
    • alytics and Head of Projects & Transformation.

    Skills required:

    • Essential to have experience working as a Lead Enterprise Architect or Lead Solution Architect, this role would be a set-up into a Head of Enterprise Architect role
    • Considerable experience embedding Enterprise Architecture Framework i.e. TOGAF
    • Proven track record as a thought leader across architectural disciplines including business, application, information, infrastructure, security and data
    • Track record in creating a Enterprise Architecture framework, maturing best practice standards
    • Ability to express complex technical effectively to non-technical audience
    • Expert experience in Project Management methodologies, frameworks and tools
    • You will have experience across UK private sector organisations
    • Idea candidate will be down to earth, warm, engaging and approachable
    • Solutions focused and able to drive a team towards success
