Pioneer Talent are delighted to be supporting our client to recruit a Neuro Psychologist for a Neuro Rehab provider in the Cambridgeshire area.

These are a longstanding client for whom we have placed several members of their senior management team, allowing us an insight into what an excellent provider they are with extremely high standards.

As a Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing clinical services to individuals with who have acquired brain injury and are undergoing rehabiliation at our client's residential provision.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of individuals, support goal setting, provide treatments and evaluations for patients with a wide range of complex physical, sensory and cognitive problems; in particular at the point of admission
• Act as clinical liaison and in service training to therapy assistants, nurses and carers to develop some specialist skills within a neurological setting
• Develop and implement individualised treatment plans
• Provide evidencebased interventions and therapies to address behavioral, emotional, and social challenges
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care

• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Maintain accurate and uptodate documentation

• Doctoral degree in Psychology or related field
• Appropriate registration
• Ideally, experience working with individuals within a neurological setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team setting
