Chemistry degree, with a focus on formulation.
Project management experience, specifically handling development projects within the FMCG sector, from initial brief to commercialization.

Experience in formulating biocides and cosmetic products.
Awareness of CLP regulations and biocidal claims substantiation testing standards.

As a Development Chemist, you will:
Manage research and development projects, taking them from initial brief to production scale-up.
Collaborate with other departments, including Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Marketing.
Ensure successful product launches by adhering to requested launch dates, cost targets, and claim requirements.
Provide technical assistance, working closely with Operations and Quality.
Support the Laboratory Supervisor as needed.

Oversee new product development, including formulation work.
Maintain accurate project minutes and updates throughout the process.
Present projects to key stakeholders, including Commercial and Marketing teams.
Regularly communicate progress during critical project stages.
