    Description
    Conduct and Policy Manager - Permanent - Hybrid Working

    Synapri are currently working with a leading financial services trade body to hire a Conduct and Policy Manager.

    This role will be to act in a consultancy capacity to obtain policy and complaints data from retail banks and work alongside both them and regulatory bodies to optimise their compliance procedures and policies.

    The key responsibilities for this position are as follows:


    • Support the complaint handling policy development and implentation
    • Build strong relationships with retail banking and financial regulatory bodies
    • Brief colleagues and clients on key compliant and regulatory conduct related developments
    • Advance and maintain the brand reputation as a recognised centre of excellence on personal banking.
    The key skills for this position are as follows:


    • Experience of managing financial services complaints in line with DISP regulations
    • Knowledge of the Personal Banking conduct agenda
    • Knowledge and understanding on the personal finance sector
    • Experience of working with a non-executive board or committee
    • Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail
    • Great communication skills
    This position is a permanent, hybrid position with travel twice per week to London
