Competitive annual salary of £25,500

  • Shiftbased work schedule: 08:00 to 19:00, 4 days on, 4 days off

The Role:

As a Logistics Planner and Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of a team of drivers
  • Building strong working relationships with drivers to facilitate ongoing coaching and development
  • Liaising with the recruitment team to ensure optimal driver coverage and discuss recruitment needs
  • Taking inbound and making outbound calls to drivers, troubleshooting any issues that may arise
  • Coordinating with the Planning Team to ensure smooth journey execution
  • Providing accurate and proactive updates to the Customer Service Team
  • Have excellent knowledge of the UK Road and transport network
  • Be highly organised with the ability to multitask
  • Have strong problemsolving skills and the ability to quickly establish good working relationships
  • Must have their own transport.

The Package:

In the role of Logistics Planner and Coordinator, you will receive an annual salary of £25,500.
