  • Location/Division Specific InformationThis is a fully remote position with the Clinical Trials Division (CTD) working with global remote and sitebased employees in the support of the global Commercial Operations Team. CTD partners with pharmaceutical and biotech customers around the world to ensure the right patients get the right therapies in the right doses at the right time a concept that we internally embrace as "There is a Patient Waiting." Our unique blend of services includes project management, packaging, distribution, transportation management and specialty logistics, ancillary supply management, clinical supply optimization, biorepository storage and much more. Our more than 3000 employees in over 15 countries work hard every day knowing that what they do matters.

How with you make an impact?
The Program Coordinator will have a direct impact on customer experience by supporting the CTD Commercial Operations team.

The Coordinator will assist members of the team by performing tasks that are critical to meeting client expectations, ensuring accuracy of information being shared both internally across departments and externally with clients.

This role will also collaborate with other groups to provide accurate completion of tasks in a timely manner.

  • Education

  • Relevant degree from an accredited college, university or recognized professional degree, in a healthrelated field is preferred.


  • Experience

  • Pharmaceutical Industry background, preferably including Clinical Trial experience or equivalent competencies
  • Ability to complete support tasks (administrative, operational or technical)
  • Able to communicate clearly and concisely
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs


  • Experience
working remotely preferred
