- Design UX design process, responsible for the concept ideation, wireframes, prototypes, design sprints that address the specific needs of key personas;
- Validate product concept effectively by developing prototypes and interactive mockups with scientific customers and engineers;
- Collaborate with product managers to define requirements, prioritize features and iterate design solutions;
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in UI/UX Design, product design or related field.
- 2+ years of relevant design experience in UI/UX design, interaction, and product design.
- Experience working in complex platforms, using UX design as a tool to direct product strategy, pharma or biotech experience are preferred.
- Strong understanding of leveraging quantitative data to inform product and design decisions
- Experience collaborating closely with scientific and engineering teams
- Familiar with agile/scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to present design concepts with product managers, engineers, stakeholders, and customers.
