Description

Woodlands Arch Ltd is a small but fast-growing property business based in Fulham in South West London. We are looking for a new team member to join our current office of four. Experience in Real Estate is required. Having your own car is an advantage. Base salary of 15,000 per annum + bonuses/commissions and 6th-month salary review.

Responsibilities:

Advertise available properties using marketing platforms for Woodlands Arch and regularly update any changes
Book and conduct viewings for properties advertised for Woodlands Arch
Handle discussions between possible and existing tenants to negotiate terms of tenancy, renewals, and other factors when applicable
Managing potential tenant's paperwork and references on the system with all required information and being able to screen them to check if they meet eligibility requirements
Responsible for proper checkin and checkout process of tenants
Regularly conduct property visits/inspections to ensure the quality of properties are managed
Manage maintenance issues that arises for properties (including but not limited to council tax, utilities issues, among other) in instances that the Senior Agent and Directors are not able to do so
Outsource new properties and property owners
Responsible for any office equipment/supplies handed over to the agent
Conduct training shadows for new agents
Update Senior Agent in all progress and concerns
Accommodate any other responsibilities that comes with the role for the benefit of the company
