The role

Project Coordinator Cardiff Gate, 28 hours, Fixed Term Contract/Secondment until 31 December 2023 At the Royal College of Nursing we're an optimistic organisation.

As our Project co-ordinator you'll use your enthusiasm, your positivity and your exceptional communication skills to deliver a first-class service to our Nursing Cadets, and all our UK wide associated stakeholders.

In this varied role every day will be filled with possibilities. You will get involved in anything from managing Cadet data to shipping out Cadet welcome packs.

We'll look to you to process travel expenses, update project plans and support the team with their UK wide events & Cadet alumni network.

You will get to see how we tailor the scheme to accommodate delivery models from condensed courses to those over several months and the support the co-ordination of the placement element of the offer.

You will also be our key to holding and leading the relationships with youth partners and health partners to ensure cadets get the best possible support for their journey.
