Reporting to the HR Director, this is an exciting opportunity to manage a small recruitment team and take responsibility for the development of a market-leading talent attraction strategy to support and enable the ambitious growth plans of the organisation.
This will include ensuring best-in-class delivery across all hiring campaigns, increased utilisation of data and market insights to drive value and inform the design of individual recruitment campaigns and their execution.
The role will work closely with other departments, especially marketing, to ensure external messaging and social media is carefully crafted, cohesive with recruitment initiatives and maximising its potential reach.
The Head of Talent Acquisition will also be responsible for the development and ongoing standardisation of the recruitment process itself.
This includes the detail of question banks, assessments, selection processes, interview formats, composition of interview panels, assessment metrics, progression of turnaround times etc.
These processes are crucial in ensuring that the organisation delivers recruitment best practice that aligns with its core values. A key pillar within this is a strong focus on D&I which must be transparent throughout all hiring activities.Whilst the head-office is based in central London, we are open to hybrid working.
Salary:
£70,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
