Description
The duties and responsibilities that you will be expected to undertake may include:

  • To manage a small team of administrators
  • To communicate on a daily basis, both verbally and in writing with team colleagues, care providers and other health and social care agencies, providing and receiving sensitive information.
  • Develop good working relationships with care providers, Local Authority Colleagues and colleagues from other NHS bodies and client families.
  • Competent IT skills particularly around Excel.
  • As part of Hybrid working within the ICB the administrative team are working from Fareham office once a week on a Tuesday. There is an expectation for the admin lead cover to be in attendance at the office weekly to support the team.


Although no specific experience is required, it is essential that you are educated to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification (or experience level), together with excellent communication skills.

You should be self-motivated, highly organised, flexible and have a can-do attitude.
