Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager with experience of NEC form of contract who has managed groundworks packages on highway related projects to join a well know civils/infrastructure contractor.

The 1st phase of the scheme is circa £1.5million and there will be additional phases following on

Your role will include:

Implement and deliver project programme
Identify the quality expectations and ensure these are achieved.
Manage all statutory and company requirements for managing Health, Safety and environment compliance.
Understands the contractual requirements of the project.
Identifies and manages risk.
Ensure delivery against the project budgets including profit, preliminaries, procurement etc.
Ensure measures are established for the timely delivery of design information.
Agree requirements for time, cost and quality aspects of trade contractor packages.
Maintaining good relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

This is a great opportunity to join this growing contractor where there are long term opportunities on a freelance basis.

This role is can be outside of IR35 if required.
