About the role
40/44 Russell St provides Supported Living and respite services to adults with a learning disability. We are looking for two Night Support Workers to join our team.

Our aim is to enable adults with a learning disability to live as fully and independently as possible and to enjoy lifestyles close to those enjoyed by other members of the community.


Our two new Night Support Workers will therefore be supporting and empowering service users to enhance their quality of life, maximise potential and to continue to develop and promote independent skills.

within their home, within a supported living unit or whilst accessing respite.

These are full time roles (35 hours per week).

What will you be doing?

As one of our Night Support Workers you will be providing waking night cover to ensure Service users support needs are met during the night time hours of 10pm-8am, Monday to Sunday.

About you

No formal qualifications are necessary but you will need a Level 2 qualification in Care or an equivalent Care qualification or a willingness to undertake learning to complete a qualification.

A caring, compassionate and empathic nature will be absolutely essential to this role.
