Salary:
£22,500 + Company and Personal Performance BonusKnowledge / Skills / Experience: All training will be provided. We require the candidate to have good organisational skills along with strong verbal and written skills. The candidate must also be confident on the telephone and must be competent in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

The underlying objective of the Service Relations role is to support our channel partners across the UK to service and administrate the telephony solutions connected via Zest4.
The role is centred around working on our busy Service Desk, answering telephone calls, emails and working with internal and external portals.
The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and be confident talking to a wide variety of Partners, Customers and Suppliers.
This position would suit an enthusiastic and organised person who is looking for a varied role with a real ability to progress within a growing and exciting business.

Work within other teams and on various projects where required
